How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly inside the Flathive app or website:
- 1Go to Profile / My Account
- 2Tap Deactivate Account
- 3Select Delete my account and listings
What is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed where legally and operationally possible:
- Account profile and personal details
- Property and flatmate listings, and all uploaded photos
- Shortlist data and saved searches
- Alerts and notification preferences
- Messages and conversations
- Device tokens and push notification registrations
Data retention
Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes including fraud prevention, payment records, tax compliance, security investigation, or unresolved disputes.
