Hey, I'm Kim, a 26-year-old guy working full-time in hospitality here in East Perth. I'm pretty flexible and easy-going as a housemate—I work varied shifts including holidays, and I'm genuinely passionate about travel and experiencing different places, so I'm used to adapting to different living situations. I'm looking for a place for around 24 weeks starting October 2026, with a budget of $250 a week, and I'm happy with pretty much any setup—whether that's a room in a share house, a studio, a shared room, or even a granny flat. I'm totally fine sharing bathrooms and don't need my own parking, so I'm a pretty low-maintenance tenant who'll work around whatever setup suits the household best. I'm after a relaxed living environment with no more than three other flatmates, ideally somewhere in East Perth where I can settle into a genuine, friendly home vibe.
