G'day, I'm Jimmy, an 18-year-old con high student love music and art bloke currently working part-time while figuring out what's next. I'm pretty laid-back and easygoing as a housemate — I keep to myself most days but I'm always up for a chat or hanging out if the vibe's right. I'm looking to move into a share house around early December 2026 for a solid year, ideally somewhere in Newtown or Glebe where I can be close to everything. I need a room with my own bathroom if possible, reliable internet, and a chill household where people respect each other's space — I'm not fussed about furnishings as long as the place is clean and the people are genuine. Budget-wise I'm working with $335 a week, so I'm after something straightforward without too much drama.
