I'm currently looking for a furnished private room in Brisbane, ideally around **South Bank, Fortitude Valley, Paddington or nearby areas**, for approximately 8 weeks. My budget is around **$300 AUD per week**, ideally including bills. As I don't have a car, I'd prefer somewhere close to public transport. Reliable Wi-Fi is also important to me.
