A bright, spacious top-floor apartment tucked away in a leafy, low-density complex in the Lower North Shore area. There’s a bus stop right outside the apartment, with direct access to the CBD in around 12 minutes, and plenty of shops, cafés and amenities nearby. You’ve got the gym 2mins walk, grocery shops 5mins walk, malls in Chatswood and CBD 5-12 mins away and bulk billed GPs 5mins walk! Not to mention the Willoughby Aquatic Center that is due to open in Oct! The apartment gets beautiful natural light throughout the day, and being on the top floor means great views, extra privacy and a lovely sense of space. It’s a comfortable, peaceful home rather than a busy party house, the kind of place you’ll actually enjoy coming home to.

About the flatmates

I’m an active, easy-going person who is usually out and about! whether that’s at the gym, running, exploring Sydney, travelling or catching up with friends. I also love coming home to a space that feels cosy, clean and welcoming. I’m a bit of a foodie and always happy to discover a new restaurant, cook something nice or have a glass of wine and a good chat. I’m social and enjoy having a friendly connection with my flatmate, but I also really value personal space and understand that we both have our own lives. I’m ideally looking for someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is employed, independent, active and has a similar positive energy. Someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces, but also down for the occasional dinner, wine or random kitchen chat. Definitely not a party house, but a home where you can feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a home than just a room to rent, we’ll probably get along well!
